What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for all orders within Switzerland and can be chosen while ordering. Included is:

• Secure packaging

• Insured shipping

• Tracking code provided

There is no minimum order amount required for free shipping.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace number. You can track your delivery by entering your email address and order number on our Track & Trace page.

Where to find your order number:
Check your order confirmation email. Your order number appears at the top and starts with a hashtag, for example: #4381.
