Wooden Ideas by Murphy is a Swiss-based reseller offering handcrafted 3D wooden puzzles. All products are designed and produced in close collaboration with local and international artisans. As every item is handmade, slight variations in appearance and availability may occur.
2. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, you enter into a binding agreement to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion.
All prices include Swiss VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full before orders are processed or shipped.
We currently accept payments via credit/debit cards and other secure online payment platforms.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 6–12 business days, depending on stock and demand. Shipping is free within Switzerland and includes tracking and insurance.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via email to follow your parcel’s delivery.
4. Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, in the case of a defect or damage. Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof (e.g. photos or video of the issue).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the return.

We strive to ensure all product information on our website is accurate. However, minor errors in descriptions, pricing, or availability may occur. Wooden Ideas by Murphy reserves the right to correct such errors at any time and to adjust or remove items from the shop without prior notice.
